All sales of artificial turf are final once the order is placed. Due to the custom nature and preparing turf, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer ordering errors, changes of mind, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:

•Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

•Provide photographs and proof of purchase.

•We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges except as noted above.

This policy is posted in accordance with Florida Statute §501.142.

3. Online Orders

•Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, sizes, and colors before placing an order.

•Any shipping damages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
